The Employer recognizes the Union as the exclusive collective bargaining representative with respect to rates of pay, hours and all other terms and conditions of employment for all hourly workers employed by the Employer within the state of Minnesota at the locations listed below, excluding supervisors, confidential employees, and guards, as defined by the National Labor Relations Act, and excluding Cultivators and Lead Cultivators. If the Employer uses its remaining licenses or relocates an existing location within the state of Minnesota, those employees will be included in the unit as well.
