In consideration of being permitted to rent or use a “Mooring” at the Lunenburg Yacht Club, I, the undersigned, do hereby release and exonerate the Lunenburg Yacht Club, its servants and agents or independent contractors from any claim, injury or damages which I may suffer, or which may occur while my vessel is attached to a Lunenburg Yacht Club Mooring. As per the Lunenburg Yacht Club Mooring Rental Agreement, all persons renting a Lunenburg Yacht Club Mooring must have insurance equivalent of $1 million per “Occurrence Liability” and provide proof of insurance coverage on request from the club and for the same consideration, I specifically agree to indemnify and save harmless the Lunenburg Yacht Club from any damages suffered by myself or any other person as a result of my being on Lunenburg Yacht Club property, using it’s services, and the use of a Lunenburg Yacht Club Mooring. I agree to pay for all damages caused by my actions or that of my vessel.
