Lessee shall submit to Lessor a copy of Lessee’s boat registration (legible copy) which we will sent to the State of NH Department of Safety for issuance of a mooring decal. The registration must be PAID for the current 2020 year. You may e-mail (caitlin@dhbhomes.com) your registration or mail it in with your mooring agreement and payment. PLEASE get your registration in ASAP, so as not to delay your access to the lake by May 15th.

In consideration of being permitted to rent or use a “Mooring” at the Lunenburg Yacht Club, I, the undersigned, do hereby release and exonerate the Lunenburg Yacht Club, its servants and agents or independent contractors from any claim, injury or damages which I may suffer, or which may occur while my vessel is attached to a Lunenburg Yacht Club Mooring. As per the Lunenburg Yacht Club Mooring Rental Agreement, all persons renting a Lunenburg Yacht Club Mooring must have insurance equivalent of $1 million per “Occurrence Liability” and provide proof of insurance coverage on request from the club and for the same consideration, I specifically agree to indemnify and save harmless the Lunenburg Yacht Club from any damages suffered by myself or any other person as a result of my being on Lunenburg Yacht Club property, using it’s services, and the use of a Lunenburg Yacht Club Mooring. I agree to pay for all damages caused by my actions or that of my vessel.
