The spirit of this workload agreement is to provide guidelines for administered workloads for all full-time faculty members in the Department of Finance. Workload activities are administered to support the creation, dissemination and application of knowledge. Thus, the workload assignments of faculty in the Department must allow appropriate time for research, teaching and service.
