This Service Level Agreement (SLA) is designed to enable Head Teachers and Governing Bodies in Maintained, Voluntary Controlled, Voluntary Aided, Faith and Foundation schools to fulfil their delegated responsibilities as employers and effectively manage their staff, as well as ensuring that the Council fulfils its responsibilities, where appropriate.
