THIS EXCHANGE AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between the VILLAGE OF MENOMONEE FALLS ("Village") and the SCHOOL DISTRICT OF MENOMONEE FALLS ("School District"). For purposes of this Agreement, the Village and the School District shall each be referred to as a "Party," and shall together be referred to as the "Parties."
