The purpose of this Agreement is to provide lawful and orderly collective bargaining relations between the Company and its employees covered by this Agreement, through the Union, to secure prompt disposition of grievances, to eliminate interruption of work, and interference with efficient operation of the Company’s business, and to establish wages, hours and working conditions for the said employees, and to protect their safety and health while at work as set forth in this Agreement.
