This contract is made this 1st day of May, 2010, between Wellred USA, hereinafter known as the Employer, and the Minnesota Newspaper Guild, a Local (37002) chartered by The Newspaper Guild- Communications Workers of America (AFL-CIO,CLC) hereinafter known as the Guild, for itself and on behalf of all employees of the Employer described in Article I. This contract is binding upon the parties, their successors and assigns.
