Regular Employees who successfully complete a substance abuse rehabilitation program after a "For Cause" event has occurred or who are currently enrolled in an outpatient treatment program may be allowed to return to work under the conditions of this agreement. The employee must also sign a "Release of Information" form that allows the supervisor and the appropriate counseling personnel to discuss all aspects of the employee's problem that relates to his/her work and continuing treatment.
