Contract Type FiledDecember 28th, 2022This Agreement is entered into by and between the CITY of Cooper City, a Florida Municipal Corporation, hereinafter referred to as "THE CITY" or "CITY" or "EMPLOYER" and the General Association of Miramar Employees, Office and Professional Employees International Union, Local 101, as bargaining agent for the Unit (as defined in Article 2, Section 1, of this Agreement) hereinafter referred to as "GAME" or "BARGAINING UNIT" or "EMPLOYEES", for the purpose of promoting harmonious relations between the CITY and GAME to establish an orderly and peaceful procedure for settling differences which might arise between the parties hereto and set forth the basic and full agreement between the parties concerning the wages, hours of work, and other conditions of employment of the employees covered by this Agreement.
