This Start-up Area Contract Form, if correctly and fully filled in and duly signed, constitutes a binding agreement (“Agreement”) between the company mentioned below (“Exhibitor”) and EAGE Events B.V. (“EAGE”) pursuant to which Exhibitor will participate as an exhibitor in the abovementioned exhibition (“Exhibition”) at the indicated venue (“Exhibition Venue”), subject to all terms and conditions of this Agreement as defined below.
