The purpose of this Agreement is to maintain a harmonious and mutually beneficial relationship between the Authority, the pilots and the Corporation, set forth certain terms and conditions of employment relating to remuneration, benefits and general working conditions affecting pilots covered by this Agreement and to ensure that all reasonable measures are provided for the safety and occupational health of the pilots.
