For the purpose of stimulating development activity of unplatted parcels within Shawnee, the Governing Body approved an extension of the City's suspension of excise taxes charged on the platting of real property. The conditional abatement will be provided in accordance with the attached Excise Tax Abatement Agreement, which provides for the Scope of Work and the required amount of development necessary to satisfy the Governing Body's intent of the conditional abatement.
