K7 Logistics, LLC, a Kansas limited liability company (the “Company”), has submitted an application for issuance of private activity revenue bonds (IRBs), pursuant to K.S.A. 12 1740, et seq., to finance the cost of the acquisition, construction and equipping of one or more industrial facilities, including real estate, buildings, and improvements (collectively, the “Master Project”), on approximately 73 acres of land generally located at the northwest corner of 79th Street and Monticello Road, and to lease the Master Project to the Company.
