as of this 4th day of October 2019 (“Effective Date”), by and between SOUTHWEST NEIGHBORHOOD ASSEMBLY INC. (“SWNA”), a District of Columbia nonprofit corporation, and 1319 SOUTH CAPITOL ASSOCIATES, LLC, a District of Columbia limited liability company (“Developer”). SWNA and the Developer are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
