This agreement entered into this 1st day of July, between Materials Technology Canada, Ontario, hereinafter referred to as the "Company" and the national Union, United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of Canada, CAW, and its Local Union hereinafter referred to as the "Union".
