THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this by and between the State of Montana, Department of Natural Resources and Conservation, Forestry Division, hereinafter called the "Employer," and Local No. 88 of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers in Montana, District Lodge No. W24 hereinafter called the "Union," shall constitute a binding "Agreement" governing the covenants and stipulations herein contained. The parties of this AGREEMENT mutually agree as follows:
