This nonexclusive Cable Franchise Agreement (hereinafter, the "Agreement" or "Franchise Agreement") is made between the Town of Front Royal, VA, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia (hereinafter, "Town") and Comcast of California/Maryland/Pennsylvania/ Virginia/West Virginia, LLC (hereinafter, "Franchisee").
