This Agreement is entered into this day of , 2021 by and between the Santa Clara Valley Water District (hereinafter “Valley Water”), together with contractors and subcontractors of all tiers, who shall become signatory to this Agreement by signing the “Agreement to be Bound” (Addendum A) (referred to collectively herein as “Contractor(s)/Employer(s)”), and the Santa Clara and San Benito Counties Building & Construction Trades Council (hereinafter the “Council”) and its affiliated local Unions that have executed this Agreement (referred to collectively herein as “Union” or “Unions”).
