The Union is certified as the sole Bargaining Agent for a unit of employees of the Employer. Employees shall be defined as all office personnel in the City of Edmonton except for those in a Supervisory capacity with the right to hire and fire, those in a confidential capacity with knowledge of labour relations, all Information Services Technical staff and those employees determined to be in a role of a strategic nature.
