These Agreements, which are listed below, contain important information regarding your rights and responsibilities. Please review them carefully. The Customer Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between you and us, and you are not entitled to rely on any other agreements or undertakings made by SKITTER personnel other than as set forth in the Customer Agreements.
