Wave agrees to provide you with the Services you have ordered from Wave under the terms and conditions of the Agreement. By using the Services, you (i) agree to abide by, and require others using the Services through your account to abide by the terms of the Agreement, and (ii) represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
