Contract Type FiledJune 1st, 2020This VirBELA Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) governs the resolution of issues that may arise in connection with Customer’s use of the Subscription Services as defined in the VirBELA Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”). In the event of a conflict between the terms of this SLA and the Terms of Service, the terms and conditions of the Terms of Service apply, but only to the extent of such conflict. Defined terms, used but not otherwise defined herein, shall have that meaning as described in the Terms of Service.
