(“ECGroup”), an Oregon corporation, and EnergyConnect, Inc. (“ECInc”), an Oregon corporation (each, a “Borrower” and collectively, the “Borrowers”), and Aequitas Commercial Finance, LLC, an Oregon limited liability company (“Lender”). Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the meaning given thereto in the Loan Agreement (as defined below).
