Kaleta, whose post office address is c/o Sean Kelly and Louis Najmy, Najmy Thompson PL, 1401 8th Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida 34205 (the “Purchaser”) and its successors and assigns and the City of Naples, a municipal corporation of the State of Florida, whose Post Office Address is 735 Eighth Street South, Naples, Florida 34102 (the "City").
