This Agreement is made and entered into this 1_0_/_2_7/_2_0_2_3 , by and between the State of Montana, Department of Military Affairs, Montana Youth Challenge Academy, hereinafter referred to as the Employer, and MFPE, hereinafter referred to as the Union, for the purpose of promoting and improving understanding between the Employer, its employees, and the Union, relative to: Employer-employee relations; conditions of employment; and to provide a means of amicable and equitable adjustment of any and all differences or grievances which may arise.
