This Subaward Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between River Network, an Oregon nonprofit corporation with its principal office at 5398 Manhattan Cir., Boulder, Colorado 80303 (hereinafter referred to as “River Network”), and the City of College Place, Washington, a municipality with its principal office at 625 S. College Avenue, College Place, WA, 99324, (herein after referred to as “Subrecipient”). River Network and Subrecipient may each be referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
