This Agreement is entered into by and between the New London Board of Education, hereinafter referred to as the "Employer" or the "Board," and the New London Federationof Non-Certified Personnel working for the New London Public Schools systems, hereinafter referred to as the "Federation," in order to increase a harmonious relationship between the Board of Education and its employees and to promote the morale, equal rights and well-being and security of its employees.
