THIS AGREEMENT entered into by and between the State of California through the Trustees of the California State University on behalf of CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY, STANISLAUS (“University”), and the COUNTY OF MERCED, a political subdivision of the State of California (“Learning Site”). In consideration of the mutual promises set forth below, the University and Learning Site (“parties”) agree as follows:
