APPENDIX A - TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONSTechnical Specifications Agreement • July 17th, 2018
This contract shall be executed between JEA and the Electrical Contractor for complete removal and replacement of current roadway lighting infrastructure at Arlington East Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) along the perimeter road. Services include, but are not limited to: installation of new foundations, wiring, poles, splice boxes, LED heads, street light arms, conduit runs and miscellaneous work associated with facility signage repairs. Work to be coordinated with current ongoing site upgrade project. JEA may take action to perform work in house and, thereby, reduce Electrical Contractor workload. These specifications are not intended to supersede Federal, State, or local regulations to which the Electrical Contractor must comply.
