Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204, an Indiana limited liability company (“Developer”), and, solely for purposes of providing the indemnity required under Section 7(C) of this Agreement, MILHAUS, LLC, 550 E. Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204, a Delaware limited liability company (sometimes referred to herein as “Indemnitor”).
