For clarification in this Agreement, the term "Board" means the Board of Education and/or its designated representative. Whereas the Board has a statutory obligation, pursuant to Act 379 of the Michigan Public Acts of 1965, to bargain with the Union as the representative of its employees defined in Article 1, with respect to hours, wages, terms and conditions of employment; and
