THIS AGREEMENT is effective July 1, 2014 between the School District of the Detroit Public Schools, Detroit, Michigan (hereinafter referred to as the “District”) and the Police Officers Association of Michigan (hereinafter called the “Union”) under the Local Financial Stability and Choice Act, 2012 PA 436). The duration of the agreement is from July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2016.
