THIS CONTRACT, made and entered into in duplicate as of this 11th day of November 2019, between the Board of Education of the Metropolitan School District of North Posey County, Indiana, hereinafter called Board, and the NEA of North Posey County, Indiana, on its behalf, and on behalf and for the benefit of its affiliates, the Indiana State Teachers’ Association and the National Education Association, hereinafter called Association.
