This Lawrence-Douglas County Metropolitan Planning Organization Redesignation Agreement for Cooperative Transportation Planning, hereinafter referred to as “Agreement,” is entered into by and among the Kansas Department of Transportation, hereinafter referred to as “KDOT,” the City of Lawrence, Kansas, hereinafter referred to as the “City,” and the Board of County Commissioners of Douglas County, Kansas, hereinafter referred to as the “County,” effective as of the day of , 2008.
