Set forth below are terms and provisions for inclusion in: (1) a Redesignation Agreement; and (2) Bylaws, for the proposed Rio Grande Valley Metropolitan Planning Organization (the “Valley MPO”). The Valley MPO would result from the combination of the Harlingen-San Benito MPO, Brownsville MPO, and Hidalgo County MPO.
