Contract Type FiledJanuary 12th, 2021The purpose of this study was to determine the application of hybrid contracts in Islamic financial and economic products. This research is a library research, namely research that is sourced from various kinds of library literature. The data collection technique is carried out by literature study, which is to play an active role in studying books related to Hybrid Contracts in Islamic Financial and Economic Products. Then the conclusion obtained in the study is that the contract model used in Islamic financial products must be in accordance with the DSN-MUI fatwa. The prohibition of multiple contracts is basically caused by three things, first, it is prohibited by religion because it can cause uncertainty or gharar and unclear or ignorance. Second, plunging into the practice of usury. Third, cause conflicting legal consequences on the same object. In other words, a multi-contract that meets the principles of sharia is a multi-contract that meets the standard or dhawabith.
