Basically, Islamic bank has been done some of innovation efforts, one of the effort is by engineering akad in fiqh muamalah. Hybrid contract memberikan manfaat bagi bank syariah dan nasabah. Dengan menggabungkan dua jenis akad, pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam transaksi dapat memaksimalkan keuntungan yang dihasilkan. Sebagai contoh, dalam kontrak ijarah muntahiya bit tamlik, dua akad digabungkan, yaitu akad ijarah (sewa) dan akad jual beli (tukar-menukar) sehingga pemilik aset dapat menjual aset kepada pelanggan pada akhir periode sewa. Terdapat perdebatan mengenai diharamkannya multi akad yang muncul berdasarkan beberapa hadis Nabi. Misalnya, hadis mengenai larangan shafqataini fi shafqatin. Sehingga penggunaan hybrid contract dalam transaksi keuangan syariah harus dikaji secara mendalam agar tetap memenuhi prinsip-prinsip syariah dan tidak melanggar hukum Islam. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of hybrid contracts in Islamic financial and economic products. This research is a library research, namely research that is sourced from various kinds of library literature. The data collection technique is carried out by literature study, which is to play an active role in studying books related to Hybrid Contracts in Islamic Financial and Economic Products. Then the conclusion obtained in the study is that the contract model used in Islamic financial products must be in accordance with the DSN-MUI fatwa. The prohibition of multiple contracts is basically caused by three things, first, it is prohibited by religion because it can cause uncertainty or gharar and unclear or ignorance. Second, plunging into the practice of usury. Third, cause conflicting legal consequences on the same object. In other words, a multi-contract that meets the principles of sharia is a multi-contract that meets the standard or dhawabith.

Menurut istilah Syamsul Anwar menyatakan bahwa pertemuan ijab qabul sebagai pernyataan kehendak dua pihak atau lebih untuk melahirkan suatu akibat keterkaitan hukum pada objeknya. Karena dengan adanya akad mengakibatkan adanya keterikatan dan timbulnya akibat hukum yang sudah sesuai kesepakatan kedua belah pihak sehingga terjadi adanya transaksi antar keduanya. Namun dengan semakin berkembangnya ilmu dan teknologi menjadi penyebab timbulnya perekonomian kontemporer selalu bergerak dan terpengaruhi oleh industri keuangan sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman lahirnya transaksi modern dan produk baru sehingga diperlukan adanya multi akad atau hybrid contract untuk menyesuaikan transaksi yang semakin berkembang.

PO Handoyo is a bus company with a unique innovation, namely the implementation of a hybrid contract. One of the hybrid contract practices implemented by POs. Handoyo is the purchase of bus tickets including meals. Hybrid contract is an agreement between two parties to carry out a contract in which there are two or more contracts. This research aims to provide an understanding of what a Hybrid Contract is, and how it is practiced at PO Handoyo, as well as how the Islamic view of the application of the Hybrid Contract on buying trans Java-Sumatra bus tickets includes eating at PO Handoyo. The type of research used in this study is qualitative and literature using primary and secondary data sources. The results of this study are that the application of hybrid contracts in purchasing trans Java-Sumatra bus tickets including is a permissibility and does not belong to multiple contracts which are forbidden.
