DUAL ADMISSION PROGRAM AGREEMENT
Dual Admission Program Agreement • January 17th, 2017

This agreement establishes a Dual Admission Program (Program) between Jamestown Community College and University at Buffalo. Students selected for matriculation in this Program will, upon satisfactory completion of a prescribed prerequisite sequence of courses leading to an associate degree from Jamestown Community College, be accepted by and continue their studies with junior status at University at Buffalo in the articulated baccalaureate degree parallel academic major. They will also have the opportunity to complete all requirements for the baccalaureate degree by taking four additional semesters of normal course work load. This assumes the completion of the required credit hours, required grade point average (GPA), and required prerequisite courses. If a student is chosen to participate in an internship semester at University at Buffalo, additional course work beyond four semesters may be necessary.
