The undersigned, Canaccord Genuity Corp. (the “Lead Agent”), understands that Stillcanna Inc. (the “Corporation”) has entered into a definitive agreement dated March 18, 2019 (the “Definitive Agreement”) with Olimax NT Sp. Z o.o. (“Olimax”) in respect of a proposed acquisition of 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Olimax by the Corporation (the “Business Acquisition”).
