This Agreement has been arrived at as a result of collective bargaining between the Company and the Union and was approved by the Union membership who are employees at the Mississauga facility located at 6450 Cantay Road, Mississauga, Ontario. This Agreement is intended to cover all matters including, without limitation, wages, hours, and all other economic matters and other conditions of employment which were raised or could have been raised by the Company or the Union at the time of negotiations, and neither the Company nor the Union shall be required to negotiate further during the life of this Agreement on any subject matter whatsoever.
