The City of Walnut Creek (“City”) and the Walnut Creek Police Officers Association (“POA”), have met and conferred in good faith and have jointly prepared this Side Letter of Agreement (“Agreement”) to present to the City Council for consideration. This Agreement amends certain provisions of the current Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Walnut Creek and the Walnut Creek Police Officers Association, dated August 1, 2015 (“MOU dated August 1, 2015”) regarding uniforms and uniform allowances. The City and the POA agree the terms of this Agreement shall become effective if approved by the City Council.
