Special Conditions The Seller gives an unconditional instruction to remit the Sale Proceeds directly to the Salvation Army in to the Salvation Army Bank Account. The direction to remit the Sale Proceeds of the Asset to the Salvation Army is a charitable donation to the Salvation Army. The Salvation Army will provide a receipt to the Seller for the Sale Proceeds. The Auctioneer will only sell Assets that are encumbrance free and with a clear PPSR report.
