This Agreement shall not apply to assistant supervisors, supervisors, persons above the rank of supervisor, Secretary to the General Manager, Secretary to the Manager of Operations, the Human Resources Clerk/Assistant, Accountant, the Computer Supervisor, Transportation Scheduler, the Purchasing Agent, the Transportation Planner or any person working in a professional capacity which is prohibited by law from being a member of a union.
