THIS DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this day of , 2023 (“Effective Date”) by and between HP OGEECHEE ROAD, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“Developer”) and THE MAYOR AND ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF SAVANNAH, a municipal corporation existing under the laws of the State of Georgia (“City”). Developer and City are hereinafter collectively referred to as “Parties” and individually as “Party”.
