Entered into this 1st day of January, 2020, between the University of Delaware, Newark, Delaware, hereinafter referred to as the “University” and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees affiliated with the AFL-CIO acting for itself and on behalf of Local 439 hereinafter referred to as the “Union.”
