Contract Type FiledMay 5th, 2020occurs shall receive eight (8) hours straight time pay in addition to hours worked. Full time employees who are absent of their own accord during a holiday week shall be paid only for the hours actually worked, except where absence is caused by proven illness or is excused by the Employer. The employee shall receive holiday pay provided he worked any part of the holiday week. Any hours worked in excess of thirty-two (32) during a week in which one of the above-listed holidays occur shall be paid for at the rate of time and one- half ( 1 - 1 / 2 ) the regular rate of pay. Part- time employees who work thirty-two (32) hours during a holiday week shall receive holiday pay on the same basis as full-time employees, and part-time employees regularly working thirty-two (32) or more hours per week will not be reduced below thirty-two (32) hours in a holiday week to avoid payment of holiday pay.
