This Agreement is made and entered into this 1st day of July 2017, by and between the State of Montana, on behalf of the Riverside Youth Correctional Facility, hereinafter referred to as the Employer, and RYCF Employee Union, Local 7720, MEA-MFT, hereinafter referred to as the Union, for the purpose of promoting and improving understanding between the Employer, its employees, and the Union, relative to: Employer-employee relations; conditions of employment; and to provide a means of amicable and equitable adjustment of grievances which may arise under the terms of the agreement.
