This agreement is between RIG Medical Recruit Limited T/A RIG Healthcare Recruit (hereinafter called RIG); a company incorporated in England under number 4526207 whose registered office is at 4th Floor Northside House, 69 Tweedy Road, Bromley, Kent, BR1 3WA, (hereinafter called “RIG”) and the worker (hereinafter called the “Temporary Worker”). The “Client” refers to the organisation to whom the Temporary Worker, is contracted to work. This Agreement and attachments (“Terms”) constitute the entire agreement between RIG and the Temporary Worker for the supply of services (“Services”) by the Temporary Worker to the Client and they shall govern all assignments
