The exhibiting company agrees that upon acceptance of this Contract by NCS, with or without appropriate payment of the exhibition fee and further action by the exhibiting company, this Contract, together with the Contract Conditions/Rules & Regulations below, (collectively “this Contract”) shall become a legally binding contract between NCS and exhibiting company (“Exhibitor”).
